Nadia is a Certified Hand Therapist and an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association) and completed her bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences (Occupational Therapy) at the University of Sydney in 2012. Her post graduate experience also includes a Graduate Diploma in Hand Therapy through Derby University the Hand Therapy Certification Examination (USA). Nadia developed a passion for treating the upper limb while studying at The University of Sydney and volunteering at a local hand clinic in Sydney. Nadia has since had extensive experience working in Private Practice across Queensland and NSW.
Nadia is the Hand Therapist for the Parramatta Eels and is also a mad Sydney Swans supporter. Nadia believes a love of sports and working with elite sports people helps her understand how important it is to help patients return to their pre-injury level of function without pain or impairment. Nadia is passionate about helping others return to what they love, whether that be sport, family, work or anything that is important to them. Nadia is our Therapy Leader in NSW and manages a growing team of expert therapists. Outside of work you’ll find Nadia attending a football game, struggling through a studio pilates class, running after her family, or performing high intensity training while trying to balance work and life with two kids and a husband.
