Come Straight To Us Without A Referral

No referral is needed to see a hand therapist unless you are currently covered by the TAC, Worksafe, DVA, or EPC programs.
 

Please Note:

  1. If you are covered by Worksafe you will be directly responsible for all appointment costs on the day of you appointment. You should then be able to clain these back via your Worksafe insurer.
  2. If your doctor has referred you with an EPC plan, there will be a gap fee charged for the consult.
  3. If covered by the TAC, DVA or an EPC plan, kindly bring your claim number and referral to your first visit, or you may be responsible for the appointment costs.
